COALA is looking for an attorney who has shown outstanding support to the Legal Assistant / Paralegal profession. As a member of the legal community, the nominee understands the value of Paralegals and their contribution to an attorney's practice.
The nominee must be a practicing attorney, judge, educator or elected official who has shown support to the legal assistant profession.

COALA is looking for an outstanding Member whose skills, knowledge, and professionalism merit recognition.
COALA's Paralegal of the Year Award is given to an exceptional COALA Paralegal who has made contributions to the paralegal profession, shown commitment to continuing legal education and community volunteering.
The nominee must be a practicing Paralegal and a COALA Member.
The nominee must not be a member of the COALA Executive Board for nomination year.
